    Let's get started

    Welcome!

Reaching out for help takes courage, particularly because this is done during a person’s most vulnerable moments. Starting therapy always starts with an intake and evaluation. During this initial session, your previously completed intake forms will be discussed, and you will have an opportunity to discuss why you made the choice to seek therapy.

The therapeutic relationship with your chosen therapist is meaningful and important in helping to create a lasting change and space for healing. Counseling can address many of life’s difficulties, including experiences with depression, anxiety, conflictual relationship and trauma. Therapy with Pamela, offers a non-judgmental, compassionate and supportive environment to collaborate in addressing the challenges that matter the most to you.

Currently, I am only offering clients support within the comfort of their own selected space through Telehealth services. We meet via a confidential video conference that is HIPAA compliant and accessible to your needs. Telehealth services can only be provided to residents in the state of New Jersey.

I am looking forward to working with you.
